In addition to all essential furniture and appliances, you will find a range of helpful items awaiting your arrival: loo roll, hand soap, bath sheets, hand towels and a few welcoming treats!

Yes, your stay includes 24/7 complimentary Wi-Fi. While it's rural Devon, our BT Broadband delivers solid speeds of around 18 Mbps download and 7 Mbps upload—plenty fast for streaming Netflix, working remotely, or catching up with friends.

Can Kittiwake One accommodate more than two adults?
Kittiwake One is ideal for couples, but it can sleep up to three adults comfortably using the high-quality sofa bed in the living room. There is a small extra charge per additional adult - please get in touch for a custom quote.
Is the flat child-friendly?
Is the flat child-friendly?
While we haven't formally "baby-proofed" the flat, you can find a high chair for your little one and a cot can be placed in the flat for your use upon request.
