Small but perfectly formed, you'll find everything you need for your short break inside the apartment: Free Wi-Fi, a big screen, board games, a well-equipped kitchenette, and a comfortable bed to recharge your batteries. We've even managed to squeeze in a portable dining room table with chairs!

Forms a focal point for entertainment on days in. Lounge around on the armchairs and make use of the board games and books while you play your music on the iPod dock. Alternatively, settle down in front of the smart TV to catch the shows you can't live without—either on Freeview, Freeview Play, logging into your Netflix or iPlayer accounts, or popping a DVD on. Free Wi-Fi means you can catch up with entertainment or friends online while you enjoy your break. The living room leads out to a patio (sometimes called our breakfast room) where you can enjoy the view across miles of coastline from the picnic table.

Positioned in the other direction, there's a well-equipped kitchen for cooking meals. Equipped with an electric hob, oven, a full size tall fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, and all the cooking utensils and crockery you need for your stay.

Featuring one double bedroom, Kittiwake One is ideal for couples looking for a romantic getaway, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.
A cot is provided for a child and, by prior arrangment, the futons can also be turned into a sleeping space.

Extensively remodelled into a luxury retreat, featuring a digital rainfall shower against ocean-blue tiles, a bidet, warm wood accents, floating shelves and plenty of hanging space for your towels .
The Working Space

If you really cannot get away from your laptop and work emails even in this corner of paradise, we have created various areas to allow even two people to work at the same time. One can use the main foldable dining table in the living space and the other one can use the folding wall mounted table in the bedroom....and read emails whilst bathing in the fresh sea air and watch the seagulls fly past!
